Delegation of the National Agency for Sustainable Land Management and Land Use Monitoring got acquainted with the digital land management system of Uzbekistan
As part of a working visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, members of the delegation of the National Agency for Sustainable Land Management and Land Use Monitoring met with representatives of the Department of Agricultural Digitization of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the issues of land policy management, including the processes of digitization and automation of land information systems.
Special attention was given to the development of software tools, the digital management of agricultural land data, and the importance of ensuring the digital security of land use information.
Representatives of the delegations discussed the development of electronic platforms for land resource management, database management mechanisms, and the introduction of systems that ensure efficient monitoring and analysis of land use.
The Chairman of the Agency, Giorgi Misheladze, noted that exchanging international experience will significantly contribute to the digitization and efficient management of Georgia's land resource data.
