The state program "Access to State-Owned Pastures" has been implemented since 2021. The program enables livestock farmers to obtain the desired pasture through an auction within the framework under a three-year lease agreement. By establishing legitimate private responsibility for pastures, the program aims to promote rational pasture use, protect pastures from degradation, and facilitate the development of the livestock sector.
